Decixium is a decision-intelligence and decision-diagnostic brand of Wow Media Networks SAS, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Wow Media Networks SAS acts as the data controller or responsible party for personal information collected directly by Decixium and covered by this Privacy Policy.
Some third-party providers, including payment and commerce providers, may independently determine how they process certain information under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
Throughout this Privacy Policy, “Decixium,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Decixium and, where legally applicable, Wow Media Networks SAS.

CRM, Forms, and Communications
Decixium uses HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel, to manage contact forms, customer records, inquiries, sales opportunities, customer support, appointments, email communications, SMS communications, and related workflow automations.
Information processed through HighLevel may include your name, email address, telephone number, company information, form responses, communication history, appointment information, purchase-related information, consent preferences, and records of your interactions with Decixium.
Decixium determines the purposes for which this information is collected and used. HighLevel generally processes information on our behalf as a service provider or data processor.
We use this information to respond to requests, provide support, manage customer relationships, deliver authorized communications, maintain records, and operate relevant automations.
Marketing emails or messages are sent only where permitted by applicable law.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in the message.
You may request that SMS communications stop by replying with an applicable opt-out instruction, such as “STOP,” where supported.

Purchases and Payment Processing
Eligible Decixium digital-product purchases may be processed through third-party commerce and payment infrastructure.
Depending on the transaction, that infrastructure may process or manage information necessary for checkout, transaction authorization, applicable taxes, payment risk, receipts, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and related commerce functions.
Third-party commerce and payment infrastructure, issuing banks, card networks, and other financial institutions may independently collect and process information required to authorize and complete a payment.
Decixium may receive limited transaction and fulfillment information from the applicable commerce infrastructure, including:
- your name;
- email address;
- billing country or region where provided;
- product purchased;
- order, transaction, or customer identifiers;
- purchase amount and currency;
- payment status;
- refund, chargeback, dispute, or risk status;
- information reasonably required to provide customer support or deliver the purchased product.
Decixium and Wow Media Networks SAS do not intentionally receive or store your complete payment-card number, card security code, or equivalent payment credentials when your purchase is processed through third-party payment infrastructure.
Some third-party commerce, payment, banking, or financial providers may act as independent controllers or otherwise process certain personal information under their own legal obligations, privacy policies, and payment-network requirements.

Decixium serves users and customers in multiple countries.
Personal information may be processed in Colombia, the United States, Europe, and other jurisdictions in which our hosting, commerce, payment, CRM, communication, analytics, security, and technology providers operate.
International processing occurs where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, measure, market, sell, or deliver our websites, products, and services.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, technical, or other lawful safeguards for international processing.

How Long We Keep Information

Decixium does not sell personal information for money.

We do not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.
