Who We Are

Decixium is a decision-intelligence and decision-diagnostic brand of Wow Media Networks SAS, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

In these Terms, “Decixium,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Decixium and Wow Media Networks SAS, as applicable. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organization accessing the website, purchasing a product, or using a Decixium resource.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing decixium.com, purchasing a Decixium product, downloading a resource, or using a related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy , our Cookie Policy , our Digital Product Refund Policy , and any product-specific terms presented before or during checkout.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase, download, access, or use our products.

When a purchase is processed through third-party commerce or payment infrastructure, the applicable transaction, payment, buyer, and commerce terms of that provider may also govern the transaction.

Mandatory consumer rights apply wherever they cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you act for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during checkout and in any support request.

Products and Services

Decixium may offer digital guides, books, frameworks, diagnostic tools, worksheets, templates, checklists, educational resources, and related materials.

Product descriptions, inclusions, formats, prices, and availability are shown on the relevant product or sales page.

We may improve, correct, update, replace, or discontinue a product, provided that such changes do not unlawfully reduce rights already acquired through a completed purchase.

The Stall Point System is a digital decision-diagnostic field guide and toolkit designed to help users identify where prospects stall in a funnel, analyze decision conditions, and make more disciplined decisions about what to investigate or test next.

Orders and Payments

Prices are displayed before checkout and may be shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on location, applicable law, and the checkout presentation.

Eligible digital purchases may be processed through third-party commerce and payment infrastructure.

Depending on the transaction, third-party commerce infrastructure may manage payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, payment risk, transaction records, receipts, refunds, disputes, and related commerce functions.

Available payment methods may vary according to buyer location, currency, device, transaction risk, and technical availability.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select for the total amount displayed at checkout.

An order is considered successfully completed only after the payment platform confirms the transaction.

Decixium and Wow Media Networks SAS do not intentionally receive or store complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or equivalent payment credentials when a transaction is handled by third-party payment infrastructure.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are ordinarily delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery may occur through the checkout platform, a secure download page, an email sent to the purchaser, or another electronic fulfillment method identified during purchase.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking spam or filtering folders, and maintaining access to the inbox used during checkout.

Download links may be time-limited, access-controlled, regenerated, or replaced for legitimate purchasers. A time-limited delivery link does not necessarily shorten the underlying product license.

If delivery fails, contact support@decixium.com with the purchaser email and order or transaction details. Do not send complete card information.

License and Permitted Use

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a completed purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the product:

• for your own personal use; or
• for internal use within the single business or organization that made the purchase.

You may download and store a reasonable number of backup copies for the licensed user or organization.

No ownership rights in the product or its intellectual property are transferred.

Team-wide, client-facing, classroom, resale, white-label, redistribution, or sublicensing rights require separate written authorization from Decixium.

Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written permission:

• copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the product;
• sell, sublicense, rent, lease, assign, gift, share, or transfer product access;
• remove copyright, trademark, authorship, security, or proprietary notices;
• create derivative commercial products substantially based on Decixium materials;
• use Decixium materials to train, fine-tune, benchmark, populate, or build an AI or machine-learning system without written authorization;
• place files in public repositories, shared drives, peer-to-peer networks, public libraries, or download repositories;
• circumvent access restrictions, delivery controls, checkout protections, or security mechanisms;
• use the website or products unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or in a manner that infringes third-party rights;
• represent Decixium materials as your own original work;
• represent a standardized Decixium product as personalized professional advice provided by Decixium.

Intellectual Property

The Decixium name, logos, visual identity, text, frameworks, methods, diagrams, diagnostic models, product designs, downloadable materials, and website content are owned by or licensed to Wow Media Networks SAS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Decixium trademarks, branding, proprietary methods, or materials except for the limited product-use license expressly granted.

Feedback voluntarily provided to Decixium may be used to improve our products and services without creating an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

Decixium digital products may be delivered immediately following successful payment.

Because the products are digital and access may be provided immediately, completed sales are generally final and refunds are not normally offered , except where a refund, replacement, cancellation, repair, price reduction, or other remedy is required by applicable law or otherwise approved under our refund policy.

A refund or another remedy may be considered in legitimate cases involving:

• non-delivery after confirmed payment;
• materially defective, corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible files;
• a product that is materially different from its pre-purchase description;
• confirmed duplicate transactions;
• confirmed unauthorized transactions;
• mandatory consumer-protection rights;
• payment-provider, fraud-prevention, risk, or dispute requirements.

A refund is not normally available solely because of a change of mind, failure to use the product, failure to implement the material, or failure to achieve a desired commercial or business outcome.

Where a full refund is approved, access to the refunded product and the associated license may be terminated.

Support

Product support covers reasonable assistance with purchase confirmation, digital delivery, download access, file integrity, and clarification of product inclusions.

Support does not include personalized consulting, implementation services, legal advice, financial advice, technical integration, coaching, or custom business analysis unless separately agreed in writing.

Educational and Business Disclaimer

Decixium products provide general educational, analytical, diagnostic, and decision-support information.

They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, psychological, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for evaluating your circumstances, validating assumptions, obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate, and making your own decisions.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, sales, profitability, business growth, customer behavior, investment return, or any other specific commercial result.

Outcomes depend on factors outside Decixium’s control, including your market, offer, execution, data quality, customer conditions, timing, resources, implementation, and professional judgment.

Examples, scenarios, illustrations, case structures, and diagnostic models are explanatory and are not promises of future performance.

Third-Party Services

Our websites and purchasing processes may use or link to third-party services, including commerce infrastructure, payment services, hosting providers, email systems, analytics platforms, customer-relationship tools, cloud-storage systems, and other technical providers.

Third parties operate under their own applicable terms, privacy notices, availability policies, security practices, and transaction procedures.

We are not responsible for an independent third party’s services, availability, security, or content except to the extent required by applicable law or our contractual obligations.

Security and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting purchase emails, download links, digital files, devices, and any credentials associated with your access.

Notify us promptly if you believe a link, file, or product has been accessed or distributed without authorization.

We may invalidate compromised links and issue replacements after verifying the legitimate purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decixium and Wow Media Networks SAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the website or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a specific purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decixium, Wow Media Networks SAS, and their personnel from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized distribution, infringement, misrepresentation, or material breach of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a product or service where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment reversal, refunded transactions, security threats, unauthorized distribution, intellectual-property infringement, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability limitations, payment obligations, and dispute provisions.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, as they relate to Decixium’s website, product content, licensing, intellectual property, and support obligations, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue.

Payment transactions, payment disputes, refunds, fraud review, and other commerce matters handled by third-party commerce or payment infrastructure may additionally be subject to the applicable provider terms, card-network procedures, and mandatory law governing the transaction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, commerce infrastructure, technology, operations, risk procedures, legal requirements, or business practices.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
